The Fairlee Drive-in was built in rural Vermont in 1950, with twelve motel rooms added to either side of its Snack Bar in the early 1960’s. Originally known as Highway 5, the Fairlee Motel and Drive-in Theater is one of only two motel/drive-in combinations in the country. We are a family owned and operated business. We began fundraising for a new digital projector last year and experienced tremendous support from our local community. However, due to the downturn in the economy and the rural nature of the area, we’ve only raised a small amount of the money needed so far. Due to this, and its short summer season, the Drive-in can’t support the payments needed to buy a projector. We hope that winning a digital projector will allow this beloved icon and local landmark the chance to continue serving the families of our rural Vermont valley. Please vote for us, and visit our website fairleedrivein.com to purchase t-shirts and donate to help us go digital!
